4 Powerful Duas for Children: (Born, Success & Protection)

Children are among the most beautiful blessings of Allah (SWT) and an Amanah (trust) placed in our hands. Allah mentions in the Holy Quran:

“Wealth and children are [but] adornment of the worldly life. But the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for [one’s] hope.” (Surah Al-Kahf, 18:46)

From the moment we desire a child to the moment they are born and raised, Islam teaches us to encompass them with prayers. The Prophets of Allah constantly made Dua for righteous offspring. Here are the most authentic Quranic and Sunnah Duas for children.

Dua for Having Children: Prophet Zakariya’s Supplications

Dua for Protection of Children: Shield from Evil Eye

Importance: Protecting children from the evil eye (Nazar) and harm is a crucial responsibility.
